Seven people were captured alongside Hotel Entrepreneurs Association – Jhapa Chairman, Bhola Upreti, from a betting center here.

They were captured in a compromising position while betting at Sandeep Hotel at Birtamode. A credit authority of an agreeable, Tanka Bhetwal, was likewise captured amid the assault, as indicated by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Keshav Thebe, of Area Police Office, Birtamode.

The police followed up on a tip off and appropriated Rs 175,000 in real money. The card sharks have been kept at the Area Police Office for further examination.
